Monster Birthday Card - PPPR dt

Happy Monday!!  Today is my turn to post over on the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons' BLOG and I have a monster-iffic birthday card to share with you!!  I created this card for my nephew ;)

I used "Little Monsters 2" cutting files for my monster and "Happy Bird-Day" cutting files for my balloon.  I popped my little monster up on some foam tape and then adhered him to a white panel backed with some black cardstock.  I then popped that layer up on some more foam and popped it up (offsetting it a bit) onto my card base.  I adhered a strip of blue striped paper to the left side of my card base before adhering the top layer.
