Cut It Up Challenge #7 - 3D Holiday Project

***for the Cardz TV Stamps' "To Die For" challenge post please go HERE***

Welcome back to another challenge with Cut It Up Challenges!!  The theme for this challenge is 3d Holiday Projects.  I love making 3d projects so I was so excited for this one!!  I used a file from My Scrapchick to make my cute little sleigh.  I resized my sleigh to be the biggest I could fit on my 12x12 mat.  I used several layers of cardstock to make this a sturdy sleigh.  I want it to be a part of my holiday decorations this year and plan to fill it with some sort of yummy treat.  My pattern paper is from last year's Recollections Christmas paper pads.  I used some poinsettas from Michaels $1 bin to accent the sides of the sleigh.  The leaves were cut from a silhouette file.

So now it is your turn!!  I can't wait to be inspired by your projects!  Head on over to the Cut It Up Challenge BLOG to see the other design team members' projects and to link up yours!  The prize for this challenge is -

PPPR Design Team Day

Happy day before Thanksgiving!!  Today is another design team day at Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons.  This week I am sharing a birthday card I made for one of my youngest daughter's friends.  I used the Birthday Panda Cutting Files for all of my cuts on this card.  I decided to make a stair step card for the occasion.  If you have never tried a stair step card, HERE is a great tutorial.

My sentiment is from Cardz TV stamps "Beary Sweet" set.  I used my irock to add some extra bling to the card.  Make sure you stop by the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons blog to see what the rest of the design team created.  Also, Lisa is going to be having a Black Friday sale so make sure you are a follower of her blog so you can find out all of the details!!

Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons Fall Blog Hop

Welcome to the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons Fall Blog Hop!  If you arrived at my blog from Lisa's blog then you are on the right path, if not you will want to start at the top of the blog hop by going here.  Today we are featuring the fabulous svg cutting files, digital papers and graphics designed by Lisa Norris from Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons.   For my project I created a fall layout using the leaves from the Falling Leaves Cutting Files.  I also used the Sentiment Spots Cutting files for the title of my layout.   The leaf files went perfectly with my daughter's senior pictures.  The background paper is from a paper pack I got in the dollar section of Target last year.  The border is created using some miscellaneous paper strips I had in my stash from Creative Memories.

Of course, what would be a blog hop without some blog candy???
For a chance to win, you must be a follower of each blog on our hop and leave a comment on each blog. "Oceanography Layout" PPPR Design Team Day

I have another layout to share with you today for the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons Design Team day.  I have been so inspired by Lisa's files to begin scrapbooking again and have been on a roll ever since I joined this team.  My layout today uses the Sea Life Cutting Files.  The pictures are from my youngest daughter's school field trip to the coast this fall.

Aren't these sea creatures just the cutest??!!  Of course I think the blonde girl (my daughter:-)  is pretty cute too!!  The wave was created using a free file I had in my stash.  I created my sand border using my Creative Memories wavy trimmer.  Thanks for checking out my project today.  Don't forget to head over to the Pretty  Paper, Pretty Ribbons blog to see the rest of the design team's projects and to see the newest files that Lisa has released.  She has designed a special file in honor of the movie release of "Breaking Dawn part 2".
